What are your delivery timings?

Our delivery hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm & Saturday, 9am to 3pm.

Can I schedule my order for a later delivery date?

Yes, please note that all orders must be fulfilled within 3 months of purchase.

Can I get my order delivered without lift access?

Yes. Locations without lift access or require stair carry may incur additional charges.

When will my purchases made direct with Kadeka be delivered?

It will take between 3 to 5 working days for your purchased items to be delivered.

How is stair carry fee calculated?

The first 6 steps are free of charge. After that, a fee of $35 per item applies per flight of stairs. Each additional level will incur a $10 charge.
