How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection and select the items you wish to purchase by clicking “Add to Cart.” When you are ready to proceed, click the cart icon at the top of the page and follow the checkout instructions to provide your shipping information and complete your payment. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Should you require any assistance, our customer support team is available to help.

Can I purchase Kadeka products at your Showroom?

Yes, you will be able to do so. However, you will not be able to collect your purchase immediately. You may choose to self-collect your purchase on a separate day or have it delivered to you at a charge of $12 (inclusive of GST) per trip for purchases of value less than $300.

When will my purchases made direct with Kadeka be delivered?

It will take between 3 to 5 working days for your purchased items to be delivered.

How can I confirm if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email for successful order transactions. Please check your junk email or spam folder. Alternatively, log in to your My Account to see your order summary.
