Refund Policy

At Capital Marketing (S) Pte Ltd, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only upon written approval by Capital Marketing (S) Pte Ltd.

To be eligible, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be in its original packaging.
Be in resaleable condition.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Approved returns or exchanges may be subject to the following charges:

Return collection fee (if the product has already been delivered).
Re-delivery fee for the replacement product.
Price difference for a replacement product of a higher value.
Administrative fee of S$50 per order.
Additional S$30 per flight of stairs for locations without lift access.
Disposal fee of S$50 if the item being disposed of has a larger capacity than the replacement product purchased.

Please note:

No refund will be provided if you exchange your product for one of a lower value.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Product Availability

If the product ordered has been discontinued or replaced before delivery, Capital Marketing (S) Pte Ltd may:

Offer a replacement product of equivalent or higher value, with any applicable price adjustment; or
Cancel the order if no suitable replacement is available.

If a replacement product is accepted, any additional payment must be made before the replacement order is processed.

Refunds

Where a refund has been approved by Capital Marketing (S) Pte Ltd, the refund will be processed within 30 business days after approval.

Any refund will be less any applicable charges stated above and will be made via a payment method determined by Capital Marketing (S) Pte Ltd.

Cancellation Due to Non-Response

If we are unable to contact you after making reasonable attempts regarding your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order after providing thirty (30) days' written notice.

Any refund arising from such cancellation will be processed at the sole discretion of Capital Marketing (S) Pte Ltd.

Non-Refundable Items

Unless otherwise required by law, the following are not eligible for refund:

Products that have been used, installed or damaged after delivery.
Products that are not in their original packaging or are not in resaleable condition.
Original delivery charges.
Administrative, collection, disposal or re-delivery fees applicable to approved returns or exchanges.
