You may try the following:-
Step 1: Make sure you have set the temperature to your desired temperature. E.g. 12°C.
Step 2: Check the surrounding/environment. If the weather is too warm, set the wine chiller to a cooler setting
Step 3: Ensure door is closed properly & tightly
