Yes, you can request for an onsite assessment of your Kadeka product.
The onsite checking fee will be $108.00 inclusive of GST which includes the diagnostic fee of $54.00 per product and transportation fee of $54.00 per trip (excludes labour fee# depending on product size* & parts’ price).

#Labour fee for small size Kadeka product: $53.50 per set
#Labour fee for medium to large size Kadeka product: $107.00 per set

*Small size Kadeka product: wine chiller (KA24WR, KA39WR, KA45WR, KS54TL/R, KB40WBC), chest freezer (KCF-100X & KCF-150X), freezer showcase (KSF-180)
**Medium to Large size Kadeka product: wine chiller (KA110WR, KS106TL/R, KA143T, KA165T, KSJ168EW, KS140TL, KS194TL/R), chest freezer (KCF-200X, KCF-250X, KCF-300X, KCF-380X & KCF-550X), beverage & freezer showcase (KSF-320W, KSF-450W, KSC-420W & KSC-1100W2)
